The Essence of Kriya

February, 2016 by Virochana Khalsa

Kriya is an active synthesis of breath, visualization, mental focus, repetition, discipline, internal alchemy, a good nature, and posture to internalize our awareness. In contrast to a passive approach, which also has its place, kriya charges and directs the current of your mind and breath, which keeps you engaged as you ride it into a deeper centering of presence. read more

My Experience Living in Four Spatial Dimensions

February, 2014 by Virochana Khalsa

I recently watched a video on you-tube of a young person attempting to describe attributes of a four-dimensional spatial framework based on mathematical concepts, and I thought to myself perhaps it would be good for me to write an article of my day-to-day experience of living in this awareness, along with a few pointers of how to increase this awareness for yourself. read more

Piercing the Inner Veils with Ong Kar

January, 2001 by Virochana Khalsa

This Kriya purifies misunderstanding and awakens a continual and profound sense of inner radiance originating from within. It brings an experience of purity. Intellectuality is overcome and you are able to both speak from the heart and hear what is really being said underneath all that is spoken to you. By continuing to cultivate the inner space this practice opens you enter the rarefied realms within the heart. As the heart becomes pure, everything is seen as connected to the “one” or highest self of all, despite contradictions which may appear in outer life. It is a very blissful practice. read more

Tantric School of Meru and Mu

July, 2002 by Shantara and Virochana

The planetary tantric school is one of the original forms of the ascended consciousness on this Earth. Its origins are held in the universal wisdom of the eternal light. That light when fully embodied in the physical is called the Eternal ascended body which may still seen with the physical eye. This light was bought onto earth by a united force of cosmic masters that to this day are still active in implementing the divine evolutionary plan for hu-mans and earth herself. read more

The Ascended Masters

July, 2002 by Virochana

Ascension is the upliftment and unification of our body, soul and spirit. As we radiantly awaken within the body of oneness, each of us maintains an individual and unique focus. The subtleties of the dynamics of the body of the one dynamically reflect and transmit through our from. Masters easily blend with others, taking on different outward appearances at times, through a dynamic harmony within the body of the one. read more

May, 2015 by Virochana

What would life be like without trees? They nourish and soothe us, give companionship and beauty, and so much more. What is Enlightenment?

November, 2002 by Virochana Khalsa

On asking those who come to us,'what is it that they spiritually want?' The most common answer is enlightenment. When asked, “Do you know what enlightenment is, is it something you have tasted or known?” Most are not sure. Some are inspired by something they have felt while reading, or a beautiful meditative experience, or a depth they sense within their soul. Some will connect it to an emotion they have experienced such as peace, unconditional love, being full of light, a concept of liberation, spiritual power, or an experience of oneness in the circle of life. Even if the understanding is outwardly vague, many know they want it, and will prioritize their life to discover what this vague notion of enlightenment is, for they want a greater experience of it. read more

A Conversation with Ray Maor on Breatharianism

January, 2016 by Virochana Khalsa

A Breatharian, unlike most people think, is a person that uses mostly energy as his primary source of energy. This is the reason why a Breatharian does not feel hunger or thirst. A Breatharian can eat or drink if he chooses to and most Breatharian I am familiar with do eat or drink, only in small quantities and not out of a necessity. They will mostly eat or drink for social situations like being with the family or on holidays. read more

Guidelines for Potential Students

February, 2003 by VIrochana Khalsa

A teacher has a unique and different relationship with each student whom they serve. This relationship is one of the most sacred of all relationships, and one that takes time to understand. For some, a teacher is simply a conveyor of information that may or may not be helpful to them. Similar to the ways of a schoolteacher, the skill and heart behind the way this information is conveyed can have a big impact on how it is received. Likewise, a book can be a source of teachings for us. However, within the context of the spiritual path, the student-teacher relationship is much, much more than this. It has the ability to transform not only our immediate life, but also the manner of our soul and bring us to the doorstep of liberation. It has a long-term objective, which can span many lifetimes. read more

Awakening Beyond the Mind with Eternal Yoga

January, 2016 by Virochana Khalsa

How to Meditate More Effectively

September, 2002 by Virochana

The best temple for meditation is your own body. Trying to hear inner words, trying to see a light, are all examples of disconnection. You already know what the aliveness of your heart feels like, and a quiet attention without words. Cultivate these qualities through the sense, “Today I will go deeper.” Deeper is not a manipulation of thoughts, Rather, it is an activation of the heart – love. It is truth, this is it. It is not thinking I will move my arm, it is actually moving my arm. It is multidimensional. It is the spark and ecstasy of your spirit, softened into love, then loved into ecstasy in an endless dance. read more

When Stars Become Human

March, 2016 by Virochana Khalsa

A poem with commentary. As we refine ourselves through a daily practice, purifying the elements of what we are made of and loosening the individual identity, we gradually become more sensitive to the currents of life of which we are made and the relationships within that. While this can include challenges, it can also become very intimate. Starting with concentration, such as in kriya, through its centering and other benefits, meditation awakens. read more

The Planetary School and the Tantra of Community

February, 2012 by Narayana

It is truly a magical time that is upon us. This feeling/knowing is shared by many, and is a common thread uniting beings from various cultures and spiritual disciplines. It is a window into the Inevitable Coming Together. The rapid evolution and cleansing of the Earth is obviously engaged, with a sense of much more to come. Virochana says we are in the calm before the storm. This rings true to me, growing louder every day, almost moment to moment, as the lessons/completions happening within me and around me are exponential; a profound ground of opportunity for rapid awakening. To the uninitiated, the world reflects turmoil, chaos, and a lack of hope. To the practitioner, this chaos is surely recognized, but paralleling the current of PERFECTION. As the old paradigm crumbles, the Forever True flowers into being, its obviousness fragrant of a joy that laughs for no reason at all. read more

A Student's Journey To Sacred Mountain

March, 2011 by Yachay

Another student here asked me, “So how did you find out about Sacred Mountain?” Of course, it is a story of synchronicity. It is very clear that each step of each journey that has led me to Sacred Mountain has a Divinely organized blueprint. Yes, it feels like an unavoidable pre-ordained connection that has precipitated my arrival at the doorstep of Virochana and Shantara. read more
